Readmission of Service Members
In compliance with ED 34 C.F.R. 668.18 and the Department of Defense Voluntary Education Partnership Memorandum of Understanding, 天美传媒 will promptly readmit students who鈥攂ecause of military service鈥攎ust be absent from the University for more than 30 consecutive days or for fewer than 30 days if the absence results in a withdrawal from the University. For the purpose of this policy, military service is defined as 鈥渟ervice, whether voluntary or involuntary, in the armed forces, including service by a member of the National Guard or Reserve, on active duty, active duty for training, or full-time National Guard duty under federal authority for a period of more than 30 consecutive days under a call or order to active duty of more than 30 consecutive days” (ED 34 C.F.R. 668.18).
